Yoga With Adrienne

Adrienne Mishler’s channel has racked up a whopping 9.15 million subscribers, so you know she’s doing something right. Adrienne highlights the importance of “[finding] what feels good”, and not comparing yourself to others. In this respect, she’s a great option for total newbies. She also offers more intense videos, such as yoga for weight loss, if you’re looking to really work up a sweat.

Body Positive Yoga

Started by Amber Karnes in 2012, this channel champions the fact that yoga is for everybody. You can find videos for all body types, creaky joints, absolute beginners with no judgement. As the name might suggest, it’s a positive space for people to get into yoga and experience the many benefits it brings.

Spirit Voyage

This channel looks more at the spiritual and meditative side of yoga. Featuring videos of kirtan, a Sanskrit word meaning to narrate or describe, as well as chant and spiritual music. You can find videos on Kundalini yoga, which focuses on a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine.

Yoga With Tim

Tim Senesi hosts videos guiding viewers through vinyasa flow, a form of yoga as a more physically challenging exercise. His videos aim to help you understand the movements and postures in yoga, so you can safey and confidently give your body a full workout. If a beginner, there is stuff for you on this channel. Plus, if you want to give yourself a goal, Tim has filmed a 30-day challenge.

Boho Beautiful

Boho Beautiful is a channel that covers many bases, designed to make viewers feel great. Here you can find videos on Pilates, fitness, vegan food, guided meditations and of course yoga. Classes vary in length, meaning you can dig down into some routines or just have a quick workout to take a breather during your day.
