The Lofi-Artist .aerob is an outlet for Robert Gromotka's earthy, instrumental hip-hop tracks. The independent German producer and multi-instrumentalist typically comes up with ideas for melodies and chords meanwhile he is improvising and “meditating” on his felted piano. Later in the creative process, lofi-drumbeats and other instruments are added. Most of the time he uses many African percussion-instruments to give his sound a natural and organic vibe.
