Sakkaris

Sakkaris is an indie/alternative rock duo based in Los Angeles, California. Consisting of twin brothers Alex and Kevin Liu, Sakkaris borrows equally from the DIY sensibilities of Alex G and the deliberately crafted melodies of The Strokes, creating a sound that is as dreamy and textured as it is raw and visceral. Having grown up playing music together, the brothers began the Sakkaris project in 2019. They create every song from the bedroom, handling the production, engineering, and performances themselves. The result is an honest representation of their artistic vision, manifested as short and sweet lo-fi pop gems.
