Epic’s Support-A-Creator programme enables Creators to earn money from Fortnite and games in the Epic Games Store. The programme enables Creators to earn money by creating content for games, which also includes Rocket League, and many more. Support-A-Creator was designed to recognise and reward creators for contributing to Epic’s success.

To join the programme, players need to sign in to Epic Creator and apply by telling Epic about their channel and also accepting the terms.

Earn Money in Fortnite

Accepted Creators will receive $5 USD (or the local currency equivalent) for every 10,000 V-Bucks spent by players who elect to support them in-game on Fortnite. V-Bucks is the in-game currency, in case you were wondering. V-Bucks that Creators have earned, as well as any they’ve purchased, are included in the 10,000. Creators can earn V-Bucks when fans choose to support them in-game. This is done by fans entering the Creator’s Epic tag via the “Support a Creator” button, which is found n the Item Shop in Battle Royale, or the Loot tab in Save the World.

Affiliate Earnings

The potential for earning money through affiliate marketing is an option on the programme as well. For games on the Epic Games Store, accepted Creators can share referral links on their content channels. They can also promote their Creator tag to their supporters to receive credit for sales of games on the Epic store.

Whenever a supporter follows Creator affiliate links or enters Creator tags during checkout on the Epic store, the Creator will earn revenue. The revenue share differs from game to game, with the rate set by the developer. The minimum revenue share rate is 5%.
